Franchise Service Managers (FSMs)
We assign dedicated FSMs to our franchisees. Our FSMs work closely with the DFOs, senior management, and other corporate staff to address franchisee concerns quickly and effectively. In addition, we provide franchisees with toll-free technical support and extended 24-hour support during the tax season.

Our Support Center helps franchisees:

A dedicated franchisee web-portal is available 24/7/365 to answer frequently asked questions. Known as JHnet, this Jackson Hewitt corporate intranet site, provides franchisees with quick access to reports that help them analyze and manage their business with real-time data. JHnet also provides the latest information on technology, marketing, and operations.
