Jackson Hewitt provides corporate employees with a laptop and all relevant software and tools. If you are to work in office, you’ll have your own workspace, dual monitors, docking station, keyboard, and mouse. You’ll also get $100 to make your office space your own. If you will work from home, work with your manager to determine what equipment, besides your laptop, you’ll need.

Yes, you will have an onboarding plan that includes training, meet and greets with key stakeholders, a Buddy to help you adjust to your new role, and a list of your goals.

Compensation ranges based on your location and position. Each corporate employee has a base hourly or annual salary plus a performance-based bonus. For more details, discuss the compensation package with your recruiter.

You’re eligible for benefits the 1^st of the month after you start. For example, if you start on August 15^th, your benefits will start on September 1^st.

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. We will work with you to determine the timeline that works best for both you and the hiring manager. After you accept an offer, we complete your background check and put in the request for your laptop. This typically takes a week to complete, so it will be at least a week before you can start.
